Backed by Zhuhai state-owned investment and TCL Ventures among other investors, Zhuhai Prometheus Vision Technology Co., Ltd. is valued at nearly RMB 400 million. From volumetric video to 4D Gaussian Splatting, the team has spent over 12 years developing core spatial video technology.
Team members come from Tsinghua University, Beihang University, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology and other institutions. A joint spatial video laboratory was established with HKUST in 2023.
The technology has been applied in advertising, cultural tourism, education, IP, digital assets, games, film and television.
